三月八日在高二班級舉辦了公開觀課,雖然不是第一次被觀課,但是因為參加的老師都是經驗老到的高手,所以心情還是難免緊張,也由衷佩服那些長期開放教室讓人隨時進入教室觀課的老師,功力之高,想必望塵莫及。
這次的公開觀課的主題是Cell Phone Recycling and African Gorillas
說明:
這堂課搭配課本主題,我設計了幾項延伸活動來複習或是加深學生對此一主題的學習。在這堂課之前,我們已經閱讀了課文,也完成了課本的句型練習,所以這一個lesson已經接近尾聲。
教學活動:
1. 口頭詢問學生兩個問題,幫助學生回想課本文章的內容,兩個問題分別是(問題有鋪陳引導):
(1) What is this article about?
(2) There are some key words in the titile, such as cell phone, recycling, African, gorillas, so there must be a connection between these words. What is the connection? (等學生回應後,進一步追問:Wha is exactly the connection between cell phones and African gorillas?)
